Well Done Coalville!

When I was told they were playing Bardon I though it was one of the lesser FA trophies, because I said straight away Bardon are to shit to be in the FA cup. lol

It's because they've put in a new league below Coalville's and the teams in that can enter it. Which obviously helps teams like coalville because we can hopefully get a bit further without too many problems :P

Coalville Town Ressys gaffer is sound as a pound. Trained under him for a session and I loved it, just a shame Coalville is a drive and a half away for me.

Just a small field in Coalville. :chant:

Well that's the FA Cup over with for another year, got done 1-0, they scored in injury time.

Good laugh though, the shed stand took some hammer and some good banter with Bardon's keeper.

Was looking forward to a replay up Bardon too.

Just got back from stone dominoes tonight, extra preliminary round, it was a nice 120 mile round trip, coalville won 3-0 should have been 7-0. Been drawn at home for the next 2 rounds should we progress. Conference north/south sides come in at the 2nd qualifying round so it stars to get interesting then, hopefully we show the potential we have and at leats get that far.

It's the best squad coalville have had since I have been watching, so hoping that this is the season we finally get into the northern league division one, should hopefully see coalville get quite far (for their level) in the Fa Vase and Cup :)

Anyone heard of Lee Harriman he was my old coach said he had some sort of connection with Coalville, manager or something. This was 2007-ish. :dunno:

Yeh Harriman was the manager at coalville, if i remember rightly he managed them the season we reached the first round of the FA Cup, good manager actually, has some good contacts at non league level.

1st qualifying round of the FA cup on saturday, playing a team a level below so it should be a safe passage to the 2nd qualifying round and 3 wins from being in the hat for the first round, hopefully we can dodge any conference north/south teams up to the 4th qualifying round.
