Just set your iPod so it doesn't automatically sync with the computer you plug into. It's one of the options on one of the tabs in iTunes when you connect your iPod.

Motivation enough for me.

Cuba was amazing. Fasincating, complicated, contradictory and beautfiul place to visit. The music was something else. People would pay a lot of money to see the bands and dancers we saw for free. It's actually pushed me closer to picking up a trumpet again. I've spotted one on eBay as well!
