:sweating:

I'll decide nearer the time, may well just stick the old preds on, then there's them florescent f50's, phroooaaah.

Mix and match it mate. Bit like Cisse in Liverpool's F.A Cup Final '06. That would look siccc.

tbh I'd probably want to take myself out if I did that.

 My body still hasn't recovered from the onslaught of balls being hit at me whilst in goal TWICE! The defence is supposed to protect the 'keeper, no? :(

I think playing the tournament without a defence was not the best plan.

Carl is a giant as well

He's only 6ft 2!!!!

i hope 'banter' means the same as it did when i was an u21:

ban⋅ter

/ˈbæntər/ Show Spelled Pronunciation [ban-ter] Show IPA Pronunciation

–noun

1. an exchange of light, playful, teasing remarks; good-natured raillery.

and not the chris morgan leg breaker that it now seems to mean!

I hate banter. It's just a word used as an excuse so people can be dicks to each other. I don't want to hear anyone speak during the game except in the event of 'Man on!' or 'Good effort sir' etc.

can we bring it up to the 1970's and shout 'i'm free' (john inman-style) to receive the ball up the right flank?

Having just lost my job, I'm unlikely to be out all night now. I'll 100% be there and 100% be in the pub after, but it'll be a before-last-bus job, not a "TAXI!" job. Strict budgetting back in place. :(
