France, who continue to struggle in their qualifying group, slipped two places to fourth. World champions Brazil remain in top spot, with Argentina, currently leading the South American qualifying competition for the 2006 World Cup, still in third. toonboy Posted 20 April 2005 Posted 20 April 2005 the rankings are always a bit of a joke IMO. are the Czechs really the 2nd best team in the world? no. its suppose to take quality of opponent in to consideration with the points but if you keep beating minnows you can just climb up the table easily. good to see england up to 6th and also good to see scotland catching up with the United Arab Emirates

C-man Posted 20 April 2005 Posted 20 April 2005 I dont see how Czech Republic can be 2nd either. They should scrap this system and change it so you get more points for beating teams ahead of you and less for people behind you, etc....
