Ok, last time I did some sort of exercise was last month to the day and I just about survived! Can't remember much from that evening though! Today, in about an hour, I'm playing football - and there is no chance I will survive! I can barely walk up the stairs without being out of breath! I may or may not be posting later on... PS: I think it's all a load of bollocks anyway, its impossible for everyone to have bad luck!
