Edmund Posted 22 July 2009 Posted 22 July 2009 Diouf will be on loan to Molde from Man U for the rest of the season. He will join Man U 01.01.10. Deal of the century for Molde. Who is this Diouf? Seems like the Norwegians breed some good talent from overseas. Mikel springs to mind.

Lillehamring Posted 2 August 2009 Author Posted 2 August 2009 tromsø 1-0 up after 2 minutes live scores - http://vglive.no/#:rtb:0:match:10000442:rtt:1 - select your chosen match christ, can't see us winning today, we have our 1st choice keeper back but our two CBs are a midfielder and a guy just brought in on loan!
haraven Posted 2 August 2009 Posted 2 August 2009 A 1-1 draw between Odd and Rosenborg. Could really see we were missing Alexander Tettey. The sale of him to Rennes was inevitable during the last few weeks, so we need to strengthen to midfield in order to take the top spot at the end of the season. Molde's triumph march is starting to piss me off. Can't wait to waste them in the upcoming cup next Sunday. Vålerenga should look for a new keeper .. and good luck with loaning Nordevik from us.
MC Prussian Posted 3 August 2009 Posted 3 August 2009 ...Vålerenga should look for a new keeper .. and good luck with loaning Nordevik from us. So they really should. Strömsgodset IF - Vålerenga IF 3-0. (Sorry, V.)

(Sorry, V.) yeah yeah - i think that's 5 in a row we've lost now - if it hadn't been for the run of form we had early summer we'd be down this year it's been awful - can't really blame perkins, he's had a decent season, i only saw the first goal, from miles out crap defending but then we did have andresen playing centre back... no, this season has been one to forget, but given the players we have right now, i think it'll be a few years before we are competitive again... and molde missed a chance to close the gap so it's still looking pretty good for RBK...
Lillehamring Posted 3 August 2009 Author Posted 3 August 2009 whatever, we even get coffee and bottled water too... 1.3 million loaves sold last year (of course that does include 200000 for the ice hockey bread!)
MC Prussian Posted 3 August 2009 Posted 3 August 2009 whatever, we even get coffee and bottled water too... 1.3 million loaves sold last year (of course that does include 200000 for the ice hockey bread!) I just found it hilarious that a football club would give out its own bread to supporters. That's the first time I've heard of such a thing. It still makes me laugh.

Lillehamring Posted 23 August 2009 Author Posted 23 August 2009 urgh, well, yes i've not exactly been updating this - what with rosenborg's dominance and vålerenga now having lost 7 in a row, apparently the other week we had 13 players absent from training anyway, for what it's worth: 1 Rosenborg 21 15 6 0 51 2 Molde 22 13 5 4 443 Odd Grenland 22 10 9 3 394 Stabæk 22 9 8 5 355 Brann 21 9 6 6 336 Start 22 8 8 6 327 Viking 22 8 6 8 308 Tromsø 21 6 8 7 269 Lillestrøm 22 6 8 8 2610 Sandefjord 21 6 7 8 2511 Vålerenga 22 7 4 11 2512 Aalesund 22 6 5 11 2313 Bodø/Glimt 22 6 5 11 2314 Fredrikstad 22 6 4 12 2215 Strømsgodset 22 5 5 12 2016 Lyn 22 2 10 10 16
MC Prussian Posted 23 August 2009 Posted 23 August 2009 Why not re-naming the competition "Rosenborg Trondheim & Molde FK League"? It's getting a bit too Scottish up there...
Lillehamring Posted 29 August 2009 Author Posted 29 August 2009 well, rubbish for the league but brilliant for us... vålerenga 2 - 1 Molde.... been a long time coming, after 7 straight defeats.... and a fabulous goal from *gasp* luton shelton....in fact he was quality today.

haraven Posted 30 August 2009 Posted 30 August 2009 League's a done deal. Rosenborg continues to build a treasure of silverware the Bank of Norway is jealous of. Thank you VIF for trashing Molde - not often I hope you guys get a result, but when it's against Molde it's all good. =)
