Part Of The Crowd Posted 29 March 2009 Posted 29 March 2009 My friend had this problem. They sorted it out eventually by managing to be coming back home when they saw them at the door. They walked up and stood in front of their gate. Was funny as they knocked at the door and then legged it, straight into him, firm words later and they never had trouble again.
Tilley Posted 29 March 2009 Posted 29 March 2009 Get your baseball bat out and belt the little cunts.
Matt Posted 29 March 2009 Posted 29 March 2009 The worst I have had is someone throwing a couple of bricks at my car/house, We were having the drive block paved and I think or assume it was some pissed up twat walking back from the pub, The annoying thing is I was "aware" something had happened, It was in the middle of the night and you know when your asleep but you get semi woken by something I heard a few bumps (Obviously the bricks being thrown) but never thought anything of it, In the morning I realised some **** had thrown a brick in the direction of my car which was parked infront of a window, It dented all the roof of my car, Hit the window cill bounced of the window cill and dented the petrol cap and side of my car, Cost me well over three hundred bastard quid to get the dents pulled out and resprayed! Gutted I didn't fully wake, I would have thought twice about chasing after them with a cricket bat or something! I told the police, Did they want to know? Were they interested? Were they fook! Yet if I did awake, chase them, catch them and hit them i'm sure they'd be interested!

stez Posted 29 March 2009 Posted 29 March 2009 What was that called? It had a name in the 80's where you ran over everyones back gardens?Did anyone ever wrap some dog-shit up in newspaper, put it on someones doorstep, set it on fire and knock on the door? Then watch them stamp on it when they opened door. Funny when you're a kid. Or tie someones old metal dust-bin handle to their letterbox knock on the door and watch the rubbish go everywhere when they opened up? 80's pranks garden hopping we called it, you ran down the street jumping peoples hedges/fences/walls laughing at the tubby mate who was struggling on hedge no.1 with the owner coming out

Dr The Singh Posted 30 March 2009 Posted 30 March 2009 I have had problems with some youths around my way, they used to vandle the cars, damage our fence etc. one night I chased them in my car, after they knocked my fence down. I tried initially to reason and ask why, the youths were drunk and said because I was a paki and what i'm gonna do about it and wanted to fight me, so I parked my car and got out, they just hurled abuse and walked on. I noted what each one of them looked like!! I got home, all the nieghbours were out, and asking what happened, all of a sudden those youths appeared, all the neighbours ran into there homes, not one backed me up etc. It was a scary moment, the mrs was pregnant and was paniking, I told her to ring my brothers and the police, we went inside, and the youths began hurling abuse outside my house, and began challenging me, in a fit of rage I went out to confront then, the mrs followed, for some reason the abuse stopped and the youths began to respond, they apologised, and denied they hurled racial abuse at me but said they would fix the fence, and stated that they only did it for a laugh! The police, car arrived, not in any hurry, parked up, walked past the youths, at this point the youths walked off in a leisurely pace. The officer, obviously didn't take what had happened very seriously, took some notes and went away!! We still have a few youths, causing minor damage around the area, worse still they drnk openly outside the chip shop, where police often drive past or go to the chip shop!! The problem is 3 fold, the kids parents, the discipline allowed to be given in schools and the law, and public fear!!!
