Married mum-of-two Caitlin Roslington hailed the film as 'a godsend', saying, "I've had both my daughters watch it. My husband has seen it too. Round here the NHS trusts haven't got any midwives, so it's important when our third child is born that the whole family know what to do".

The film was also praised by schoolchildren, with 13-year-old Britney-Whitney Chavette saying, "it's like really cool, yeah, and really helpful, like coz when my daughter Jordanlily is born next munf, right, if it happens at school then like my mates know the best angles to film it from on their mobiles, innit".

A followup film from the trust, showing under-16 girls their best options for an elective Caesarean, is currently in post-production and will be released to coincide with the new Harry Potter movie

lol

In Leicester, about one in 20 girls aged 15-17, get pregnant each year.

Nearly half of the city's council wards are deemed teenage pregnancy hotspots.

Weve always stressed regularly to our Son to be careful............................. never let em have your Surname or address then youre not traceable! lol

Seriously though its a major worry for anyone who has kids, particularly Daughters but teaching them self respect and to be sensible is far more beneficial than films like this one I should think.

As a matter of fact, I'm due to become a parent in October. I'm not a chav and I will not live on benefits for the rest of my life.

It wasn't the result of us just being careless and it was a difficult decision to come to terms with. We've decided to keep our baby and I know I will do everything I can to care and provide for my child. I don't wear 'trackie' bottoms and I'm not going out drinking WKDs in front of the local supermarket each night. I've gone out and got myself an apprenticeship and I'm doing everything I possibly can to give this baby a proper upbringing.

I'm not bothered by all the stereotypes a lot of you on here seem to think each teenage pregnancies have. Making this decision was probably the hardest of my life and I know for a fact I'm doing everything I can to give me, my baby and my girlfriend the best possible life I can provide. We've been together for just over a year now and are now excited about the prospect, rather than our initial thoughts.

We're not all this terrible portrayal everyone makes out.

Edit: Just to mention, I am 17 years old.

Nobody said that all teenage parents can't make good parents. It's like saying all older parents are good, when this isn't always the case.

Good luck to you and your gf, although with your head screwed on, it looks like you don't need it.

Fair play to you fella.

There are people far older than you having kids who aren't half as responsible as you seem to be. Best of luck to you both.
