Feel free to blame me...... IF its in my area! I get paid to be shouted at to be fair. Of course she is, shes part of the furniture! The whole place would crumble without her! She knows bloody everything there is to know about water connections.

stez Posted 19 June 2009 Posted 19 June 2009 Much harder than Peter Tork. i'll have you know the monkees worked equally hard at singing and playing what we were told to. point being (previously); i've worked in a few places, large and small, and i've never worked anywhere where all the 'bottom of the pile' staff are 100% conscientious and hard working and 100% of the bosses are work-shy slackers.

Well - does that mean you can get someone to get back to me about the recorded delivery letter or the four answerphone messages or the one phone conversation where I was promised someone would phone back within an hour?

There's something quite pleasantly ironic about asking someone on an internet forum during work hours to do their job properly.

Having worked in the Industry for 8 years I can only say there are a lot worse than us! I dont do the Billing side thank God I deal with New Connections. We always get told " The gas and electric are worse than you lot" ! I didnt say 100% of them were I can only speak for the ones I know obviously the or some?
