Not just yet maybe, but certainly one of the unofficial Chelski sites could see the potential in Chambo. :D:D:thumbup:;)

You lot all go way over the top. O grady struggles to get into the first team. Future england international? he wont even make it in the championship. Stearman is a very good player, and has a chance to play for england when he is older. But alot can happen in the next few years, hes only appeared in a few first team games!! chambo has done really well this season, he may have even set his own standerds too high for next season. To say england international and chelsea chasing him etc is rubbish and saying things like that can go to peoples heads, I dont think it would to chambo fortunately but it would to some people. Alan is about to make his first team DEBUT, how can you tell what hes gonna be like? Alan is great and I hope he is succesful, but still let him make a few first team appearnaces first. STOP HYPING PEOPLE UP SO MUCH!!! especially before theyve even featured in the first team!!!

Well said Macca. Some of the stuff being said is far too optimistic (bordering on the ridiculous) considering hardly any of them have tasted first team football.

Good point about some of the reserve players. We have to bear in mind that very few have made a pressing case. Dawson is a classic case in point. There many people that rate him very highly, yet CL seems to have different ideas.

With regard to Chambo, from my point view I am only teasing him. Who knows what will happen to the lad. He will undergo a lot of physical and mental changes over the next five years and maybe they will be for the good and he will be at a PL club or for the not so good and he ends up at Stevenage Borough.

In either case all I wish for all the Academy lads (and ex-Academy lads) is health, happiness and the chance to play as a professional footballer. :D:D:thumbup:;)

Macca is right you guys are way over the top.Steerman is the one player with great potential ,Sheehan the great free kick specialist has 2-3 goals from 30-40 games hardly prolific , O 'Grady big strong lad but does not score enough goals, Dawson reminds me of Ray wilkins always passes square and takes the safe option( weslowski is better) A lot needs to happen before they are ready for first team football.I hope it happens but there is a long long way to go!

Stearman,Dawson,Sheenan,O'Grady,Chambers a future internationals? let hope we dont do a west ham and`sell them all :)

1. O'Grady couldn't get in Notts County's team.

2. Dawson is 19 and yet to feature in the first team (although wrong in my opinion)

3. Chambers is 15, doesn't mean a thing. Cherno Samba was going to be a superstar at that age, but never featured for Millwall, and was released last Summer.

4. Sheehan and Stearman maybe, but they've still hardly featured, at least wait until hyping them up to when they've actually played more than a few games for us

Calm it all down.

He is now scoring freely in League One with Walsall ;)

Foxes struggle with expectations

They still boast a strong squad of players, but have struggled to really make an impact since former Hearts manager Craig Levein took over from Mickey Adams six months ago.

Their position of 15th with the game against Argyle at Home Park to come tomorrow does not reflect the depth of talent at the Walkers Stadium.

Levein still feels he needs a shake-up of the squad for a promotion push next season.

He said: "There will be people staying and people leaving. "There will also be other players coming in.

"I will have to use the budget as best as I can to help the club. "That's my job and ultimately what I'm judged on."

The Foxes ended their home campaign last week with a 2-0 win over Leeds United.

Experienced duo Dion Dublin and top scorer David Connolly netted for Leicester.

Irish international and former West Ham striker Connolly has scored 13 goals in 48 appearances this season.

Dublin has been offered a new one-year deal, despite scoring only six goals, but he has been utilised in defence as well as attack by Levein.

Although there was an exodus from the Walkers Stadium at the start of the season, they have several players with Premiership experience.

However, they will be without former Manchester City defender and fans' favourite Danny Tiatto, who was awarded the club's player of the year award after some sterling performances this term.

Tiatto, who beat Dublin and outgoing winger Keith Gillespie, to the award is suspended.

Former Rangers midfielder Stephen Hughes has also shown good form after a frustrating time north of the border.

The young Scottish player established himself in the first team towards the end of the Championship campaign.

Former Argyle trialist Lars Hirschfeld will start in goal for City in place of ex-England ace Ian Walker, while Australian defender Patrick Kisnorbo has joined Leicester from Hearts, but is not expected to play in tomorrow's game at Home Park.

Big Dutch striker Mark De Vries is out injured.

Leicester (from): Hirschfeld, Maybury, Stewart, Kenton, McCarthy, Hughes, Gudjonsson, Williams, Nalis, Sheehan, Sheehan, Dublin, Moore, Connolly, Dabizas, Stearman.
