samlcfc Posted 28 August 2009 Posted 28 August 2009 Police in America said that an officer was sent to his house in 2006 after the neighbour complained about him being a psychotic sex addict that was keeping kids in tents in his back garden. This guy had already convicted before and yet the policeman after questioning at his doorstep left without checking his back garden. Pretty unbelievable
