Team against mattock's rent boys

Like so many others I'd find it hard to change anything about the team that beat QPR although I'd definitely have DJ on the bench if he's fit though I doubt it will happen.

The Mercury article hinted that NP is going to drop N'Guessan.

Harsh if true he was superb at QPR and has scored other goals this season too.

We need someone with pace down the right to expose mattock so dropping N'guessan does not make sense.

As for having DJ on the bench, I think I would rather have DLT on the bench he might not get caught offside as often.

I'ts not unusual to play off the last defender but DJ is the only striker in world football to play a yard behind the last man.

He put some great crosses in at QPR. One particular a few feet off the ground where it curled round their defender and waggy very nearly got his foot on it. Played well in my opinion but maybe hes been letting down in training if he does actually get dropped

Many's the time replays show he's not offside at all. Would that linesmen only waved their flags when they were certain of something instead of guessing agains the guy just because they couldn't have moved that fast.

In fact watching so many refereeing and line decisions in general, I wonder if some of them hallucinate. One of the particular habits now is for the linesman to wait until he sees which way the referee thinks the throw should be and then wave accordingly. Half the time they've no idea at all.

A good mate of mine is a West Brom season ticket holder who reckons that for most of their games, they have'nt actually been playing that well despite their results. Aparrently their recognised strikers are injured and their goals have been coming from a variety of players (not neccessarily a bad thing imo). He does state however that their defence is very poor and that the player he fears the most by far is Steve Howard as he believes that they have no-one that can deal with his style of threat. I feel positive about this one and we could learn a lot about ourselves. Nothing to be afraid of.

Cheers.
