Hugo Sanchez Posted 17 December 2009 Posted 17 December 2009 Source: The Wrestling Observer Newsletter According to a WWE source who would have full knowledge of the situation, Bret Hart has indeed signed a short-term talent contract with World Wrestling Entertainment, The WWE Hall of Famer signed the this past week and it will cover the period from 1/1 to 4/10, or through WrestleMania and about two weeks after the 3/28 show at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, AZ. Hart simply told a reliable source that he wasn't going to lie about anything and thus wasn't going to comment on this story. It was said that Hart wanted his signing to be kept quiet and his return to be a surprise, but that WWE couldn't help itself but all but announced it publicly on the first RAW after the ink was dry. I never thought he would go back, not after all the thing he said about the company and after his stroke. So Bret Hart vs Shawn Micheals - Wrestlemania ... Yes Please.

Sly Posted 17 December 2009 Posted 17 December 2009 The Hitman is back?! Hart v HBK at Wrestlemania.. Ladder match! Would either be able to climb a ladder at their age?
Libertine Posted 17 December 2009 Posted 17 December 2009 Jesus. That is a shock. It's been banded about for a while now though.
Hugo Sanchez Posted 17 December 2009 Author Posted 17 December 2009 Its his quite big news because the man left in 1997 and swore he would never come back. I never thought in my lifetime would Bret Hart be in a WWE ring again.
BoneDog Posted 18 December 2009 Posted 18 December 2009 My cousin will properly buzzin about this, he loves the wrestling and loves Brett. I know nothing about wrestling apart from this : about 7 years ago Regal was hilarious, so was Kurt Angle and The Rock. I never used to take much notice of the wrestling but them 3 had me in stitches Oh and I also know that Bradshaws clothes-lines were powerful. BANG

BoneDog Posted 18 December 2009 Posted 18 December 2009 Is that something to do with 'the cellar'? I'm sure I seen a programme about the Harts years ago with something like that. They were certainly a tough lot. Was basically MMA in the cellar!

BoneDog Posted 18 December 2009 Posted 18 December 2009 They trained in their basemeant which was called the Dungeon. Aye that was it. There must of been a documentary or film about it that I watched. I think it was Brett or Owens Dad or Uncle who taught them all the grappling and that. Solid training

Was the most feared wrestling school at the time for how hardcore the training was.
