Not that he didn't have a decent career or anything, its just a little odd thats all. Seems Thurmaston are in the money like Anstey were last year. Apparantly he's on £250 per match (allegedly)...not bad at that level.

They won't get anywhere, this guy did the same with Asfordby Amateurs; put a bit of money in, got bored, then left them high and dry. The bloke shouldn't be allowed to do it.

He wanted to run the club because it was all his money but Anstey are over 100 years old they weren't going to just hand over the club to him so he got the arse.

Apparantly he's on £250 per match (allegedly)...not bad at that level. Just enough maybe to ward off those courtesy calls from the bookmakers 'representatives'. An ignominious end to a career that should have been far more glittering (Ryan Giiggs eat your skinny heart out).. There are a lot of people that I blame for his fall into obscurity none more so than MON who accepted an insulting £1.6million for him from that very little man at the Vile. Well at last St Martin is getting his comeuppance for his big fella hoofery (which, of course, he denies).
