Trouble over the River Trent

Not really trouble though is it!

Given the nature of Billy Davies I'd say it's some kind of trouble, he's never been enamoured with how certain aspects of the club was run behind the scenes. After the Blackpool defeat he said he'd consider his future, he's never seemed happy despite their success.

I'm still pretty sure Davies will be gone by Christmas. He never sticks around too long in a job, particularly when things aren't going his way as it appears they haven't been at Forest. He's a decent manager so long as he has a chequebook to bash but is probably the only manager on the planet with a menstrual cycle that never ends.

Isn't David Pleat on that 'aquisitions panel'? ........If so...... :crylaugh:

He is. .....and so is Billy Davies.

It's quite probable he didn't know exactly when Perch went but he would have certainly known he was going as it's him who makes these sorts of decisions. The Transfer acquisition panel is just the buffer between ambitious manager who wants to pay whatever it costs to get a player in, and the player who wants the world on a stick to play for you.

It was here when Davies took the job and hopefully it'll be here long after he buggers off.

BD is never at fault. Not ever, especially if you listen to his interviews. He's a good manager but he does talk some shite sometimes.

William didn't look too impressed in that interview.

Big test for him this season after last year. Like us, expectations will probably be pretty high given our respective campaigns in 2009/10.

He never does.

He's allowing the only left back at the club to go out on loan. That won't be his fault either when it goes wrong.

Billy Davies is all about Billy Davies.....and yes, he does talk that!

Finally the penny drops.
