Satisfied with that, managed to nurdle a couple of places from my qualifying without actually overtaking anyone. Strategy

Yea just a bit, lap 2 wasn't it? lol

Yep. it's because i did qualifying in soft tyres :/

Managed to bag a Red Bull drive in a public game. :D

Unless you used the same set of softs for all 3 quali runs and therefore completely knackered them, then they'll last about 10-15 laps in the race if this race is anything to go by.

JUPP REMAINS UPBEAT DESPITE Q3 RESULT

Red Bell driver and current championship leader Ashley Jupp has argued that he is still in a good situation for tonight's Australian GP, despite achieving a qualifying position of 8th.

"Things are going well. I'd have liked to be a place or two higher up the grid but things still look good. I'm still aiming for a podium in the race" he said earlier. "A lot can happen in a race, and I've got to try and make the best of the situation and push on for a decent result."

Team-mate Fi Ridgwell will be on pole for the race, but Jupp also pointed out his disbelief at criticism that has come his way regarding the qualifying result..."I'm not sure why people think I've failed in some way. I made no mistake or error, there were just 7 people faster than me. Qualifying is only a small part of the whole weekend, and even though Fi is on pole for the race that doesn't show that I've failed badly for achieving 8th. I'm sure we're on different strategies anyway so even though there was a 0.7 second difference between our times that may not be fully representative of our respective performances."

Louth take the checkered flag

Chris Louth won the second race of the FoxesTalk 2010 World Championship after capitalizing on a mistake by pole sitter Fi Ridgewell who on lap 33 had a collision with McLewis driver Daniel Cox who unfortunately had to retire after the collision, championship leader Ashley Jupp came 2nd place after an astonishing race moving up from 8th to 2nd in the race. Rounding off the top 3 was Mernandez driver Laurence Hammond.

Team mate of Reno driver Chris Louth was rookie Matt Gray who got his first points of the campaign after his assuring drive of 6th only 1 place off the race Pole sitter Fi Ridgewell. Chris louth's Reno team lie 2nd in the Championship just 5 points off 2nd place finisher Ashley jupp's Red Bell team, who is leading the Drivers Championship 3 points ahead of Chris Louth.

Red Bell driver Ashley Jupp told FT Telegraph "Can only be pleased with that. Fascinating race, and the strategy seemed to work quite well."

Many pundits have said that this race will go down in history as one of the best ever races to come out of the FoxesTalk series.

Thanks Ash
