The Perform Group are contracted to host the website by the FLi (Football League Interactive). Part of that contract is to provide streaming facilities for audio commentary. The club itself is responsible for selecting a broadcast partner to provide that commentary or provides the service themselves. The club or the broadcast partner is responsible for providing that commentary via a landline to the Perform Group so that it can be encoded and streamed. In this case there are issues outside of Perform that are affecting the delivery of the commentary. Although we do our best to ensure that the commentaries are available on time, we do depend on third parties and club partners for delivery of some aspects of the service, and these are beyond our control. We do however apologise for the late start and hope that it was not too inconvenient. Best regards Customer Services
