J.Lisemore Posted 19 August 2010 Posted 19 August 2010 Link Quite suprised at this...i thought he was in and around the first team, but obviously not. Think he'll end up at a club like Huddersfield.
Alexikokopops Posted 19 August 2010 Posted 19 August 2010 I'm just going to be lazy and say he's not been the same since the head injury. I've no idea if it's true or not, but it makes me look like I know something about football.
Fosse Boy Posted 19 August 2010 Posted 19 August 2010 Link Quite suprised at this...i thought he was in and around the first team, but obviously not. Think he'll end up at a club like Huddersfield. Don't think they'd need him apart from as cover to be honest.
J.Lisemore Posted 19 August 2010 Author Posted 19 August 2010 Don't think they'd need him apart from as cover to be honest. Yeh your probably right, would be a decent signing for League One i guess. IMO he wasn't a great player to begin with, but this head injury must of played a part in his downfall.
Collier Posted 19 August 2010 Posted 19 August 2010 'His downfall?' Bit extreme, it's Barnsley's record signing Iain Hume, not Maradona. He's never been great.

Well yes, downfall.. hes barely going up in the world is he? You will be suprised at the amount of people that thought he was great down at the Walkers when he was the best of a bad bunch.
Guest Bilo Posted 19 August 2010 Posted 19 August 2010 If anyone suggests we should bring him in on loan either on here or the moan in, I will go to their house and skin their pets alive.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 19 August 2010 Posted 19 August 2010 I'm waiting for someone to say how we should get him back! Probably go to an average League 1 team.
Guest Bilo Posted 19 August 2010 Posted 19 August 2010 I think we should bring him in on loan. Hide your dog. Now.
Narborough_fox Posted 19 August 2010 Posted 19 August 2010 I also think we should bring him on loan as well, good luck finding me. Oh I don't have any pets either. In all honesty no we shouldn't.
Unabomber Posted 19 August 2010 Posted 19 August 2010 We could put in a cheeky loan bit and then have him as a mascot, it all gets a bit too much for Filbert at times.
Brainy Posted 19 August 2010 Posted 19 August 2010 I'm just going to be lazy and say he's not been the same since the head injury. I've no idea if it's true or not, but it makes me look like I know something about football. Corky would be proud
