I agree it is a little early to be asking for his head but when did it become standard practice to allow a manager time to get a team playing his way just because it's not his team?

I believe we should obviously playing better, but I think it is stupid for criticizing Sousa after so few games in charge. I don't think it is "fvcking idiotic" to say that we should allow him time to get his methodology across and get the players playing the way he wants. It does seem pretty standard practice to give a manager at least a couple of months to get a team playing a way you want it.
