Manwell Pablo Posted 14 September 2010 Posted 14 September 2010 Cardiff have conceded only twice all season, and we're lacking upfront. Considering we dominated Cov and only scored once, their defence will limit us to few chances. They have goals in them from midfield and take their chances, Bothroyd and Bellamy are also not guaranteed to be out and if either of them plays Cardiff will make light work of us I fear. Plus their away record is 100% I've just read. As I've said we have shown a bit of promise but Cardiff have shown a bit more than that. Sure we will get ourselves out of the brown stuff and up into mid table but this game and Saturdays game are both about as close to a write off as you can get for me.

One thing for sure is that Cardiff will score, not because there that good, but because we seem to let very simple goal(s) in!! With our goal shy attack force, I can't really see us win!!
Ozwin Posted 14 September 2010 Posted 14 September 2010 The playoff upset will drive them to a win, I'm convinced of it. We're going to tear them a new arse hole.
maddog Posted 14 September 2010 Posted 14 September 2010 We really need to win these 2 home games just to have a respectable points total after 7 games. Over the course of a season, 8 points from 7 games is mid-table at best carried out through the 46, we really need to start picking up results soon otherwise we will need a Sunderland/Palace/Swansea/Forest kind of unbeaten/winning run in recent seasons just to catch up with those elusive playoff spots again. And although it's possible to go on one of those amazing runs, i would rather we steadily picked up points now because it's unlikely. Pressure is going to keep building, fans will get even more impatient, we really need to win tonight. We beat them in the League at home, and beat QPR 4-0 last season. Most of both sides dangerous players from last season still remain in their first team this time about so hopefully we can do them again. 2-0 Leicester
