Leicester City FC v Fosse Boys - the latest chapter

I've commented on this in another thread, but I did enjoy that strange back and forth dance. Where we are in A1 we're about as far from the FB as we could possibly be (it's nothing personal, honest, we were there anyway) so it's more of a visual spectacle for us than an aural one, but I think you got noticed by a few more in our section than previously, and people seemed to be quite impressed

The 'strange back and forth dance' that you're referring to was used during the 'Iwan is a Welshman' song in order to represent left & right.

I'm pleased to see that we're making an impression on supporters throughout the stadium, which will hopefully boost our numbers in the coming weeks.

I just want flag poles!

I'd quit the Fosse Boys if Barclay let me sit on my own somewhere in the stadium with our massive 3 metre flag!

our section would look 100 times better if we had a couple big flags waving all game

Shouldn't this now be

Kingy is from Maidenhead but wears a Welshman's Cap

He plays for Leicester City what do ya think of that.

He scores with his left foot, he scores with his right

and when we're playing Cardiff, He scores all f@cking night!

Or similar

Kingy is a Welshman, but not a proper taff

He's not a fooking sheepshagger, he don't like fooking daffs

He scores them with his left foot, he scores them with his right

And when we play the Derby he scores all fooking night! :trumpet:

Ok it was me who gave our banner to the steward, there was no sinister action from the club it was taken so that their maintainance guys can fix it onto the Perspex behind where we stand for the QPR match. It was not wrenched off us it was handed freely by me to the steward who stood to the side and had a polite conversation with me about the issue before I retrieved the banner. Negotiations around achieving this had gone on before the game. If anyone has any issues with this then they can come and speak to me at the Counting House before the QPR match. I expect the club will honour their promise to carry out this action, if they don't then we can start talking about lack respect between the two parties.

Many thanks for clearing that up.

It looked to me and many others on the Kop, that the club had reneged on their agreement.

And that's how several trusted sources explained it to me. It seems like we were all kept in the dark.

I trust the flag will be on display on Saturday as agreed.

Yes I have been told arrangements will be made for the banner to be easily displayed behind us. Will be very disappointed if this is not done as banner was handed over for that reason alone after talking personally with senior officials at the club.
