Phube Posted 18 September 2010 Posted 18 September 2010 SSN: "It's been ALL Leicester! Smash and Grab!"
Pegosteve Posted 18 September 2010 Posted 18 September 2010 Adios goodnight how unfortunate, lets not get too downhearted we cannot legislate for a crap ref.... They have now way deserved a 2 nil win... I still think we can go on a good run from here
FoxyPV Posted 18 September 2010 Posted 18 September 2010 fooking always happens. Jesus a bit of good luck wouldn't go amiss right now.
Tilley Posted 18 September 2010 Posted 18 September 2010 We have a player getting instructions via his translator?!
Manderic's pants Posted 18 September 2010 Posted 18 September 2010 We can't legislate for (yet another complete and utter moron) of a ref.
MikeyT Posted 18 September 2010 Author Posted 18 September 2010 We have a player getting instructions via his translator?! Indeed
Pegosteve Posted 18 September 2010 Posted 18 September 2010 Bottom 3 but only 7 points off play off places 7 mins injury time come on heads up
Adel Posted 18 September 2010 Posted 18 September 2010 Ref was awful. But still a deserved win for QPR who could have this league won by Christmas.
Foxhateram Posted 18 September 2010 Posted 18 September 2010 It never goes for you when you are at the foot of the table does it! On a better note, we have just outplayed the league leaders who will now be 5 points clear at the top. Performance wise i think we must be the best team in the league. If we keep creating chances the way we are, eventually we must start scoring. A thrashing is in order soon and i think once that happens it will all fall into place!
Libertine Posted 18 September 2010 Posted 18 September 2010 Closing in on ten games. Some people might stop being so patient if we've not improved by then. Not that I expected much today, and I hate giving too strong an opinion when I've only listened to the game, but I don't think blaming the ref is enough.

Foxhateram Posted 18 September 2010 Posted 18 September 2010 Performance wise Best team in the league? just lost two nill watford just beat millwall 5-1 away they handnt lost at home for about 20 games I was commenting on Performance, you have just commented on results. Two completely different things. That is all.

If you let in easy chances, fail to take your own and get caught on the counter, playing well makes no difference. We can't keep using this excuse. We have yet to lead a game in the first half. There needs to be an end product.
HankMarvin Posted 18 September 2010 Posted 18 September 2010 I was commenting on Performance, you have just commented on results. Two completely different things. That is all. Not really that different do you think Watford didn't perform well then to win 6-1 away?

There needs to be an end product. Cannot argue with that. I truly believe that eventually we have got to get that bit of luck and start putting these chances away, it is inevitable surely? We have made something like 95 chances of which 52 have been on target, 52 chances on target, that means keepers have made saves or we have hit the post on that many occasions. With a bit more luck more of those would have gone in. Leicester• Fifty of Leicester's 90 goal attempts this season have been on target. • They have won 59 corners - more than any other team in the Championship. BBC Link obviously that was before today, so add today's chances in you get 52 probably more. As for corners that was before today as well so add today's and we still haven't scored from any of them! This is somewhere we really need to work on! Shooting and set pieces should be training for the next few weeks.
Foxhateram Posted 18 September 2010 Posted 18 September 2010 Not really that different do you think Watford didn't perform well then to win 6-1 away? That's one game and one result. I was talking about overall this season. The amount of games where it has been all us and we have been robbed is unbelievable. The point i was making was that we have not performed badly in any game this season apart from the Burnley game. Maybe saying we would be top was an overstatement, but we would still be high in the standings if results were based on performance rather then the score.
