Simply just trying to be a pain in the ass. If it was another club maybe you would se it from the clubs point of view, they don't want the banners, they're told them countless times, and yet they keep doing it. It's like telling a kid to stop putting gum on the table, when they do it again, and again it gets boring, and you have to punish them.
