purpleronnie Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 I'm talking about the Stoke fans. They're bloody loud. Yeah the couple of occassions when they sang delilah during the 90 minutes it was loud...thats it, then all sit down in silence. Great.

Assuming you have some disliking for Stoke. They were loud, very loud. Had a few mates at the game who have said so, commentators mentioned it lots, and I heard it on the box. Not sure why you're so determined to argue otherwise?!

You not remember a certain game in May 2008?
sdb Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 When we went down? I hate IH and our squad for that season, not Stoke!
Asha Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 Yeah, Stoke should have just let us win, the cunts. Really hope Stoke go on to win it - and they'd definitely deserve to. Be interested to see how they would fare against European opposition too.

I think the dislike towards them from a few on here, myself included, stems back to how their fans behaved on the day, as opposed to how their team went about the match...
Bugg Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 Living in Stoke, they are all cunts. Have so much arrogance about how "good they are". They have an almost Newcastle like entitlement complex, yet at least newcastle have qualified for the Champions League.
Tommeh Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 I think the dislike towards them from a few on here, myself included, stems back to how their fans behaved on the day, as opposed to how their team went about the match... Bang On. Anyone actually at the game that day, and there wasn't many of us, 2,100 to be exact as they cut our allocation as they found "fans" from somewhere will share the despise of them from a Leicester point of view. Cvnt of a club and one I'd loe to see rot and die.
Asha Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 Surely it's about time to get over it, then? Seeing as everyone else has. A bit odd that some of those in this thread stating an unjustified hate for Stoke were those insisting camaraderie and friendship was the way forward when I argued a while back that football relies on feuds and rivalries. So yeah, according to your own beliefs, stop hating on Stoke and instead divert your energy into hoping every Stoke fan who goes to the final has a good time; and whatever the result, that it's all hugs and kisses between opposing fans.
Northants Fox 3 Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 Rather Stoke than Man City Rather either side than Man Utd
Jimothy Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 Rather either side than Man Utd Rather anyone (except Forest and Derby) than Man Utd.
Northants Fox 3 Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 Rather anyone (except Forest and Derby) than Man Utd. I agree totally
Bugg Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 I'd rather anyone than Stoke tbh, as I said before, their fans are wankers.

I won't get over it, no. Nor will many, many others. Theres time for co-operation and time for hate, this is the latter. You get over it.
Asha Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 Oh, cringe. So the gentle piss-taking of a few chavs from Stoke-on-Trent and you're seething for life? My days
Tommeh Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 Oh, cringe. So the gentle piss-taking of a few chavs from Stoke-on-Trent and you're seething for life? My days Climb back on fox travel and pipe down you insignificant little weasel.
Soar Fox Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 I think the dislike towards them from a few on here, myself included, stems back to how their fans behaved on the day, as opposed to how their team went about the match... How do you think a majority of are fans would react to an opposing team getting releagated whilst were getting promoted. What did you expe t them to do clap and feel sorry for us.
Soar Fox Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 I'd rather anyone than Stoke tbh, as I said before, their fans are wankers. Judging by some people's comments on this forum we have a fair few fans that are wankers.
Asha Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 Yeahh. The fact that this whole hating Stoke bandwagon is completely pathetic (something that can't really be argued with) and the fact that you know it is, means all you can do in response is resort to personal insults. No one cares about your random jealousy, Thomas. No one cares.
Bugg Posted 17 April 2011 Posted 17 April 2011 Judging by some people's comments on this forum we have a fair few fans that are wankers. Is that aimed at me? Their fans are twats, there's no two ways about it. I've had this opinion since before we got sent down by them, I've had to live around them and their opinion of being the best team ever whilst having the audacity to try and call our club shit (coincidently, this was after they got promoted so they forgot about the 15,000 attendances they used to get in the Championship) day-in, day-out

That not spanking this league is a disgrace? For every Stoke fan calling a lower-league team shit, there's a Leicester fan calling half the premier league teams shit and insisting we have a right to be there.
