I'd be up for entering, bit of a treck from Anstey though

Yeah maybe it is, be nice to do something with Foxestalk. Been thinking of doing a sunday side for years as Foxestalk cause player base, support and sponsorship would be easy to come on here. To be fair not sure ill ever run a side again until maybe the boy starts playing.

Yeah there's not been anything for a while, think it was the bentleys roof thing wasn't it? Would have a pretty competetive side in any form of football I'd like to think. Yeah that's always a plus point as well. Still young enough Sparky! Is a lot of trouble actually running it though I suppose.

Yeah ill still be playing for good few years yet.

I love the idea of a FoxesTalk side, have done for ages. I'll love it even more when I finish uni later this year and finally get my driving license sorted.

Think it may be a struggle getting some of the top lads to leave their clubs though if it was ever likely to get off the ground.

Yeah we would be missing a few of our top guys. Manager / Tresurer / Secretary would be the big roles to fill.

Indeed. It'd be worth discussing - even with those that currently do have a club 'cos you never know really and so many were keen last time the idea was discussed. Not that it matters right now.

If anything were to come of it, I would certainly look to help out where I could.

I live around the corner from the place. Although, i'm too shit anyway.

I'd play if it was on early or I could get a lift back.

JME your idea interests me also, although obviously not in the short term.

It always struck me as odd that there wasn't more of a Foxes Talk team or at least a lot of you moving to play together on Sundays. Almost surprised it's took you this long to think about getting heads together.

It has been mentioned between a few of us in the past but the biggest problem is players being tied to other sides.

Indeed. It's a difficult one clearly as a lot of the top guys are well established at their respective clubs, but I reckon such is the sense of camaraderie and love of bant amongst most of the lads at City games, away from City games and at FT events that they wouldn't pass up the chance to play regularly alongside each other and try to win things as a sort of "family".

Or I may have got the completely wrong end of the stick seeing as there has been next to nobody posting in here...:P

The 6-a-side and 11 a side ideas take my interest.

However like JME says many of the lads are well established and play important roles at their respective clubs etc

Yeah that along with filling the major roles are the sticking points. I think its probably worth a debate

I'd consider it but it would be 2012/13 before I'd even think about moving as I think that might be when my Sec/Keeper will defo jack in Sundays. Would obviously not have a problem filling a role as I have previous experience.
