samjohnson Posted 20 February 2011 Posted 20 February 2011 I spent a little time during some boring periods of my life creating 3d models of both the Walkers and Filbert street. I thought i'd post them here to see what you guys think of them. Let me know if there's anything I've missed and i'll be sure to add/ remove bits. I cant post all of the images I have made of them, but ill give you the link to my Photobucket album and the links to the respective models. Mike the Metal Ed Posted 20 February 2011 Posted 20 February 2011 Very impressive, although there were no blue seats that I recall in the old Family (North) stand, and the word WALKERS appears between the fox heads in both ends of FIlbert Way. --EDIT-- I stand corrected on the North Stand at Filbo

ajthefox Posted 21 February 2011 Posted 21 February 2011 Quality models there mate! Must have taken a fair bit of patience doing that regardless of what program you used, I use Sketchup and Autocad and I can't imagine making that would be easy!
Sooper Steve's shin Posted 21 February 2011 Posted 21 February 2011 Brilliant stuff. For true authenticity, the Filbert Street scoreboard should read: L3ic s..r CitY 0 Ch o e 0

samjohnson Posted 21 February 2011 Author Posted 21 February 2011 Program used was Sketchup Reasoning behind no "Walkers" on the stands were that I thought i didnt have enough space to fit it in!! And plus with a stadium name change just around the corner
Lcfcman2010 Posted 21 February 2011 Posted 21 February 2011 can someone actually make these??? i'd purchase both. all the rest i've seen in the past are rubbish. these are quality. Top work!!
samjohnson Posted 1 March 2011 Author Posted 1 March 2011 Ive decided ive got a bit more free time and decided to model both the turnstile on the Filbert Street leading to the Main Stand and Filbert Street pre Taylor report. Images can be seen on this link here. Again, critisism and praise both welcome
andy_croydz Posted 1 March 2011 Posted 1 March 2011 Those are brilliant, they remind me of the stadiums on LMA Manager for the PS1 and PS2.
funkyrobot Posted 3 March 2011 Posted 3 March 2011 If you want a 3d model of cov's ricoh arena, have a look down the pan next time you dump prior to flushing
