bren Posted 17 August 2004 Posted 17 August 2004 Right i am sick and tired of the sh*t that is going through this forum with people saying he should be sacked, resign whatever. It really pi*ses me off because he is a quality manager and i cannot see why he is getting the slating he is getting. Please everyone vote, i want to know what the people on this forum really think, do not vote "i'm going to sit on your fence" if you can, it will better if you put "yes" or "no"
Wellman Posted 17 August 2004 Posted 17 August 2004 NOOO!! For god sake everyone put NO, because IMO he has done barely anything wrong. 3 GAMES
Oli Posted 17 August 2004 Posted 17 August 2004 Yes, he should go. You are saying what a quality manager he is but a quality manager could keep us up, with funds or with no funds. Curbishley is a quality manager he kept them up with no funds. Adams is a average Championship manager.
Oli Posted 17 August 2004 Posted 17 August 2004 I have mate, and just cause i said yes no need to call me a tosser. This is the shit thing about this forum you cant have your own opinion without being called a tosser.
Cobbo Posted 17 August 2004 Posted 17 August 2004 Yes, he should go. You are saying what a quality manager he is but a quality manager could keep us up, with funds or with no funds. Learn your facts before making a point.
Oli Posted 17 August 2004 Posted 17 August 2004 But he kept them up the second season with no funds. I've had enough of this forum. Its got to the point where you can't have your own opinion. You deffinatly wont see as much of me from now on.
Guest Daniel Posted 17 August 2004 Posted 17 August 2004 I voted YES aswel. Good managers have kept teams up with nothing and Micky failed to. He will never be a Premiership manager. Looking at some of the signings he's made you have to question him, yes he bought a few decent players but which one of them has played outstanding so far? Theres no spirit at our club anymore, which upsets me as the club used to have the never say die spirit and that used to help us in our matches. Now we've got old men, coming to the end of the career who come to the club to pick up there wage packet and couldnt give 2 shiny shits about the club.

I value your opinion, but if you're going to use examples of what other managers have done, please make them valid ones. When I call someone an 'arse' btw, it's generally in jest
Guest Guest Posted 17 August 2004 Posted 17 August 2004 You deffinatly wont see as much of me from now on Tragedy for everyone - especially for those people who can spell
Guest Daniel Posted 17 August 2004 Posted 17 August 2004 Alwys the guests that make the shittest posts, dont have the balls to register because everything they say is bollocks and dont want to feel a twat.
kerryh Posted 17 August 2004 Posted 17 August 2004 No - People aren't looking at the whole picture, look at his first season in charge, no money, administration and still he battled to get us promoted, last season again; no money and he did bloody well getting in the free transfers that he did. OK the only youngsters he has given a chance too are Matt Heath and Jordan Stewart, but has Tommy Wright proved himself yet? Last season he scored 3 goals for Brentford!! - That is why he is down on the pecking order of forwards, he still needs to prove himself, I believe he should go on loan again this season and show Micky he is hungry for first team action. Leave Micky Adams alone - those of you who want him out - who would you replace him with?
Guest Daniel Posted 17 August 2004 Posted 17 August 2004 but has Tommy Wright proved himself yet? So scoring goals at international level aint good enough for you?
kerryh Posted 17 August 2004 Posted 17 August 2004 No BM - Scoring goals in the League for Leicester is more important to me - against players who have alot more experience than the under 20's do!
Cobbo Posted 17 August 2004 Posted 17 August 2004 but has Tommy Wright proved himself yet? So scoring goals at international level aint good enough for you? 12397[/snapback] Playing at under 19 level is a hell of a lot different to playing against more experienced players in this league. No comparison. He certainly is not proven yet, but I'd prefer him to Blake, at least Wright would put the effort in.
Guest Daniel Posted 17 August 2004 Posted 17 August 2004 He certainly is not proven yet, but I'd prefer him to Blake, at least Wright would put the effort in. Excatly, Micky Mouse doesnt though, so theres something you dont like about Adams. I bet 10 games down the line, youll all be with me and if we aint picked up any on the performances there will be alot of people agaisnt him.

Guest Guest Posted 17 August 2004 Posted 17 August 2004 Adams bores me, all he is good for is his arrogant interviews he gives, which can be quite comical. Time for him to bollocks

Question his signings??? Ok some have been shit, but adams himself has said it's a risk signing free transfers!! They wouldnt be bloody free if they were good would they!!! The guy has spent about £800,000 since he has been here. What do you expect?? As for the old man comment we could quite easily field this team. Walker 32 Canero Heath Dabizas 30/32 Tiatto 31 Gilespie Williams Gudjonsson stewart Connolly Scowcroft Only 3 players over 30, not exactly an ageing team is it!!!????
Guest Daniel Posted 17 August 2004 Posted 17 August 2004 I dont know who id being in, but whoever came in after im couldnt do much worse. He got us promoted that first season with Bassetts signings, when we went up he bought his own players and we went down. He's now but more of his players and were doing shit. When we were in Admin, Taylor could of took us up, we had the best team in the division, wasnt as if he took a shit team up.
kerryh Posted 17 August 2004 Posted 17 August 2004 Let's put this into perspective we have played THREE games this season. West Ham - Bloody hot, 10 men most of the game against tough opposition - we drew! - not a bad result! Derby - We played badly, they played fairly well - We won Millwall - A grudge match, the little tosser was a lot more fired up for this game than we were. We were awful - We lost Three games - let's just wait and see what happens on Saturday before we all start going off on one!
