Trav Le Bleu Posted 12 April 2011 Posted 12 April 2011 Having recently gone over to ie9 I today had my computer caught in a loop continually trying making the sound of opening a webpage. Having contacted the very good people who built my machine, DA Computers, they were able to inform me of a known issue with the Virgin Media security software and ie9. Having removed ie9, gone back to ie8 (and Firefox) the clicking has stopped and all is fine. So just a friendly warning to anyone else who has Virgin Media as their ISP and uses their security - DON'T install ie9, at least not yet.
