I really like Paul Lambert, always have done. Norwich were one of the better teams, if not the best team, we played last season. He really did well with them considering, in my opinion, most of them are lower league players, such as Grant Holt. He seems to get the best out of the players and they all worked hard for each other last season. I hope him the best in his career and hope Norwich the best in the Premiership whilst he is manager.

He does remind me of Martin O'Neill, in management and with his looks: colar up and trousers tucked in etc. He probably does look up to O'Neill, as Martin did Brian Clough, who passed that appearence down. Always liked Lambert as a player anyway.

Great manager, you can tell he takes no shit and probaly throws a few boots at players at half time but he always comes across composed and elequant in interviews.

Top man.. I think he`ll be a prem manager for quite a few years to come. Cant see him going to Celtic for a long long time yet....
