ithuriel Posted 7 July 2011 Posted 7 July 2011 Not worried, these guy's passed the new league test's for owners and are rich businessmen who are putting a lot of effort and cash in and have intertwined their name and brand with Leicester.
Babylon Posted 7 July 2011 Posted 7 July 2011 The good thing is every single buy so far is a sellable asset. Danns and Nugent could probably be sold for a profit now. If we were pumping money into 30 year old + players with little re sell value, then I would be more worried. Yes you'd make a big loss still, but not quite as catastrophic as having a load of old duds on the pay roll.
Bellend Sebastian Posted 7 July 2011 Posted 7 July 2011 The missus wasn't too thrilled about me having a season ticket this year, and next year it will be even harder, and that's probably it after that. If they can stave off financial implosion for two seasons then that's fine by me

Do you really think that any of the signings made so far would actually be on particularly big wages anyway? None of them nowhere near as inflated as yakubus I would of thought? I reckon top and co have been financially shrewd so far in terms of who we have got in. Not much spent, wages manageable etc...
Izzet is God Posted 7 July 2011 Posted 7 July 2011 Won't be a problem if we get promoted will it! Seems like the Thai's are happy to spend so we might as well spend it....no point worrying about the wages until the Thais leave or we don't go up and have players on long contracts for silly money. Personally, I don't think either will happen after the signings we've made. IMO I honestly think we've got a great shot at going up this year.
wellyfox Posted 7 July 2011 Posted 7 July 2011 I would think at this moment in time Chelski have more to worry about than us. If he pulls the plug there done for. If we get up we can cope with the demands on our finances they can't. The only reason peeps are worried is we have a consortium and we know nothing of the other members. If it was clear to us all the worth of the members we would not be worried. I for one trust in them the ethics they are bought up with say's do it right and I for one trust they will. Top guy's trust in TOP LET THE PARTY BEGIN PS If they keep reading we dont trust em and we don't go up they might think other wise PLEASE ALL STOP KNOCKING THEM HAVE A LITTLE TRUST
Wherethefoxhat? Posted 8 July 2011 Posted 8 July 2011 Might be just me but is anybody else worried about the size of the wages we will be paying all our new signings including bonuses that we might end up in the same situation as before, Administration? Hmmmm............. ..................think it's just you matee !!!!!!
John Matrix Posted 8 July 2011 Posted 8 July 2011 i'm just worried about what happens if we don't get in the Prem at the end of this season
