Not posted on here for a while as a reasult of being truly truly gutted.

For anyone who hadnt managed to make it to the past few games;

Vassells early red card dsiguised a poor city performance at Cov

Matt Mills was trying far too hard against Reading, resulting in making me look like a £15m centre back.

St Ledger was MOM v Bristol, apart from that slip to set up Maynard. BUT what was Peltier passing it back for in the first place?

The ref couldn't wait to give Forest something in that game, though Leicester were completely at fault for sitting back too much in the "nd half thinking the game was already won.

Totally agree with everything, however Bamba also could of done better with that goal because Maynard cut inside and Bamba did nothing

Nice to see you back stu.. A win against the saints today and we won't have had a bad start to the season... Five played, two won, two lost one draw. We have also had no slip ups in the league cup which is promising.

However, lose today and those stats look more worrying.

We need to win today and quieten the doubters...

M8 I know how u feel, all the naive talk of walking this division n brushing aside all in our path BUT u must have seen this all b4 2 a certain degree. AND we've got some great players! The thing that sets many of these guys apart from their predecessors is they could have gone elsewhere but they WANTED 2 play for us! Look at danns, pantsil, bamba, nugent, fernandes and vassel. U will never a half an attempt from these guys. So I understand and completely agree with all u say n I was gutted 2 but its a long season. We were pathetic at the start of last season 2 but with a bit more composure we would have been in the play-offs. Dont judge them yet. If we r 15th at xmas then start 2 worry. :-)

As you know I'm quite negative and I did expect this kind of start to the season. Too many singings for them to gel properly, plus Sven didn't know his stoingest team last season with only perhaps 2/3s of the quality of players he has now.

Dunno if anyone saw the stats on Sky before Forest, but we have won 5 of the last 17 championship games. We have been unlucky, the same as the start of last season, but at Forest we only had ourselves to blame- for sitting back too much. One of my best mates is a Tree and he thought it'd be 4/5-0 at full time. It was exactly the same scenario as Derby away last season. In the second half the majority of posetrs on here thought we had the game under control whereas I thought we were hanging on for dear life.

.

A win is a must today, to quieten the crticis. Having said that, Southampton are flying and I think we'll lose 3-0 today.

Can't remember posting this this morning, I was, and still am steaming.

Matt Mills wasn't trying at all against Reading, resulting in making me look like a £15m centre back.

Would be how I'd describe him, rooted to the ground.

The whole team looked poor, though much improved v Bristol. Just unlucky with the goals i suppose. From what I've seen this season I'm beginning to think Waggy is crap, though I know he hasnt had enough chances to getb a run of games under his belt.

If it wasn't for our own teams expense I'd be pissing myself at the fans who thought we'd walk the league, We're Leicester, good things don't really happen to us! Having said that it would be just be like us to go and turn Southampton over today

Lets judge where we stand after 10 games, if we go on and win the next 6 games, everyone will have forgotten about our start.

Not if we miss the play offs or auto promotion by 3 points they wont.

Yeah i guess your right about that, but i am saying that we still have it in our own hands to get promoted...4 points from 4 games isnt going to cost us promotion...its what we do from now that counts...this league is about consistency, those who are will have success

Another way of looking at it, at home reading and bristol city normally do well against us, we never win at cov but we did, and forest normally beat us at the shitty ground but didn't, so IF we do win today it won't have been a bad start.
