The Sven Revolution Posted 21 September 2011 Posted 21 September 2011 Oakley and Berner almost always never even manage get into the 2nd string League Cup 18 man squad. Is it better for all parties concerned if they go out on loans or something?
Sirloin Posted 21 September 2011 Posted 21 September 2011 No, both got lots of experience, good to have around the club as presences in the dressing room I would have thought. Berner in particular comes across as articulate and intelligent, just the sort to be helping with the younger members of the squad. Sending them out on loan does nothing for us as they are hardly going to develop.

Maybe they could re-release 'diamond lights' and have 'this is the season for leicester' and that ode to Graham Cross 'The tank' as b sides. They would simply need to grow some mullets. That way we could be top of the pops and hopefully top of the league.

Sven has told him that there will be a place on City's coaching staff when he finishes - though Bruno is uncertain if he'll stay, or move back to Switzerland.
