adamkhalifa Posted 29 October 2011 Posted 29 October 2011 Sven had a year not 13 games, we're nowhere near as good as we were when we were halfway through his time with us, he'd ran out steam, he'd ran out of ideas, he was hit & miss in the transfer market, there wasn't really anything going for us, other than blind optimism from people like you that 10 years ago Sven won something by spending a quarter of a billion pounds to buy the Italian league, big deal a monkey could probably have done a similar job if you spend 10 times more than everyone else... but spending 10 times more didn't work here. Get over it Huh? Pleae re-evalute my previous post. Where have your observed 'optimism' in this? I have even criticised Sven for tinkering.
