We need to either: - Give up and just keep an eye on him. Don't give him the satisfaction of winning the cases over and over. - Just stick him on a plane to Jordan and ignore Europe. - Send him to Strasbourg and get him a French passport and move his family there, that way they'll be stuck with the cvnt.
