leicesterseddon Posted 17 March 2012 Posted 17 March 2012 not that high risk http://www.homeoffic...-11?view=Binary Interesting stats. Although they do only represent one side of the story - most of the arrests catalogued there will be for offenses committed inside and around the ground - and as has already been said, most of those can be for very minor transgressions these days. It remains the case that most of the real violence associated with football often takes place far from the ground and probably still goes largely unpunished...hence why there's so much misinformation and superstition about the topic and different clubs' involvement in it. Personally I've never felt we're a particularly badly-behaved club (although as I said, none of us on here really have a full picture of the situation), and I think the decision by NCFC and Norfolk Constabulary probably was a stitch-up done for reasons we may never really know. The important thing is that the 15% allocation principle should be more vigourously defended by the FA, because it's one of the things that make the Cup special and it would be a shame to lose it.
