This is what is holding us back.

Its extremely difficult to sort something out mid-season when you're mid table. a) you can't get the players you want in January b)you don't get much training time mid-season, especially with no international break c) it seems everybody is having defensive problems in the championship

But what's also concerning is those many games where we've looked shit going forward and lacked creativity, or when we've not took chances (two gilt edged ones even tonight and 2-1 up, scored one of them and I think we'd have won). You've picked 10 games out of about 85. We don't score 2 or 3 every week. Our defence is a shambles, no denying it, but we also lack creatvity going forward. As another poster has said, we've won a number of games 1-0 and kept clean sheets too. There is more than just one problem. Yes it is holding us back but so are a number of other things.
