Would you really want promotion this season? i wouldn't with this squad it is clearly not good enough now it's over maybe pearson can look at what i needed within the squad and who needs to go, like start a fresh.

I know we could of strengthened in the summer if we was promoted but....that means owing the thais a shed loads more of cash and no gurarntee of staying in the premier league, im quite happy we aint gone up as we are miles away from being a premier league team.

time for pearson to build a squad and not get silly and try and build around what players are good enough.

That's why there sitting nicely in 11th in the premier league, yet we cannot get in the top 6 in the league below.

Just because we beat norwich 2-1 doesn't mean anything, they completly battered twice last year!';

It's completely relevant, a squad that wins promotion together goes through all the processes of becoming a team, a more stable base. Bringing in loads of players unbalances the squad, and you can end up with a load of individuals, and funnily enough you spend the first half of the season saying just wait for them to jel, it doesn't work!
