Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 19 July 2012 Posted 19 July 2012 I know Wolves had managerial shifts and whatnot last season, but 5 wins? Just because they were in the Premier League doesn't mean they'll bounce back up. That was an awful display - unless their new manager Stale Bread is something special I don't expect them to coast towards a promotion like many people seem to...
Fox92 Posted 19 July 2012 Posted 19 July 2012 As I said ealier in the thread, I want promotion (although I'd take anywhere between 1st and 6th) but I like a good cup game.. Like when we beat Norwich 1-2, just a good/proud feeling. Promotion comes first though.
gazrjohnson Posted 19 July 2012 Author Posted 19 July 2012 As most people have said, our performance against the so called lesser, relegation battling sides needs to much improve! And our home performance needs to be near perfect. Play-offs is a realistic target!
gazrjohnson Posted 19 July 2012 Author Posted 19 July 2012 Anyone else tempted by Birmingham 7-1 odds for promotion!?
Ilkeston_Fox Posted 19 July 2012 Posted 19 July 2012 Any improvement on last season will do me. We won't haven spent anywhere near the kind of money we did last season. We've got rid of a major ego (allegedly (Mills)), lets just concentrate on getting a good core in the team, and getting the players playing well with each other. Last season we looked like a bunch of individuals, we need some consistency and cohesion.
Kyle_Le_Don Posted 19 July 2012 Posted 19 July 2012 after seeing Beckfords penalty on here... The Title! haha
