Guest Posted 24 October 2012 Posted 24 October 2012 . He or she should go and lie down for a bit, before he recieves his fookin knighthood I think that's Knightonhood.
Parafox Posted 24 October 2012 Posted 24 October 2012 Yes i did, it wasnt anything "ist" it was as the label said "alternative beauties" as in what other people might or might not find attractive. Self righteous pratt knightinfookinshiningbast*rdarmour seems to want to get his knickers in a twist for some reason??? I have a disabled auntie (or did until recently) and clearly meant no offence to any race / creed / culture / disability etc etc. Any anyone who knows me knows i am not like that at all. If that jumped up pr**k wants to make something out of nothing thats up to him or her. He or she should go and lie down for a bit, before he recieves his fookin knighthood Was that her picture you posted?
Captain... Posted 25 October 2012 Posted 25 October 2012 No come on that was so ironic :D  Not so much ironic as holding up a mirror to society, hopefully getting Carlito to reflect on how he would feel if the pictures he was laughing at were his disabled auntie, and how he would feel if he thought someone else on the internet was laughing at his loved ones. That girl was someone's aunt, someone's sister, someone's daughter, and looked the way she did through no fault of her own.

Was i laughing at any photo i posted? no i wasnt it was a thread labelled "Alternative Beauties" and thats exactly how it should have been taken, everbody loves somebody. God knows even somebody loves me apparently

Bob Weasel Fox Posted 25 October 2012 Posted 25 October 2012 To be honest I just ignored that thread after the first post, not my thing, the question still remains how would you feel if it was someone you loved posted in that thread? i know what you are getting at in a sense Shrappers, but in answer to that i would personally have a great sense of pride if a photo of my auntie was posted. She was a wonderful lady when she was alive and although she was both metally and physically handicapped she was beautiful inside and out, as the people were in my thread. i meant no offence, never would never will, and i will always have great respect for anyone with diverse issues in memory of my auntie in particular and also my wife who has suffered many "mental health issues" in recent years due to our personal tradgedies. in short, i am an honest humble normal sort of bloke and i was genuinely upset at the misconception of that thread. However each to their own, life moves on.

If you thought the same way on everything Cap you wouldn't post half of what you do on this forum. He wasn't hurting anyone.

Black humour is valid, if not essential in this day and age. CW can't be judged by a post, his posting history shows him to be a decent bloke and when taken in that light you know no offence was meant.
