Seems that these days, most kids only go to houses with pumpkins and shit decorations up outside.

Perfect system for everybody:

- People who don't want be harassed don't get harassed

- Kids can home in on the houses where they're going to be able to fill their fat little faces

- Nonces can more efficiently attract the kids to their homes
