ozleicester Posted 16 January 2013 Posted 16 January 2013 great for fitness, if you have dodgy knees it will hurt them, Your "glutes" will feel like youve been beaten with a large lump of wood 2 days after you play. Make sure you play with someone of an equal..or slightly better level as you will get better games, longer rally's and more fitness and more enjoyment. Good Shoes are important, Dont play with your partner, as hitting them in the back of the head with a littlwe rubber ball only leads to arguments
