Schmeichel 7 - did fine, one or two good saves.

De Laet 6 - Tried to get forward whenever possible and did ok defensively.

Morgan 6 - was great for 80 minutes. Then something happened with their number 27, Wes totally lost it and then cost us a goal.

Keane 5 - Needs a rest.

Konchesky 7 - dealt with Edwards well and got forward plenty.

Marshall 6 - starved of the ball. Looked threatening whenever he got it.

Drinkwater 6 - ok, but moves the ball way too slowly.

King 8 - fast, accurate passing, great defensive work around our box and very unlucky not to score twice at the end.

Knockaert 4 - like Marshall, starved of the ball. Unlike Marshall, didn't look threatening when it came his way.

Kane 6 - worked his nuts off but missed a sitter.

Wood 4 - Looked like he was running through treacle and Chambers dealt with him easily.

Subs:

Dyer 2 - feeble performance. His when he came on and didn't even touch it for the first 15 minutes he was on.

Gallagher 6 - good set piece delivery, but to no avail.

Wasn't at the game today but Drinkwater was very slow last week at Blackpool albeit on a very heavy pitch but I do believe he's running on empty just now and needs a rest.

Wasn't at the game against Blackburn where he was supposedly one of our better players so it maybe something else but he does look like a tired player in need of a break.

On his day, the guy runs a game. He was doing it most of the 1st half of the season. As you say though, looks more tired.

He's been a regular in the side so maybe its taking its toll. Only other decent option is James unless you play a 3 man midfield which takes a bit more pressure off Drinky
