Classic Kits...when do they become so?

Recommended Posts

With the latest kit about to be resigned to out of date, when do they go from out of date to bona ride classics??

Obviously if the kit has a trophy/promotion attached to it, then it speeds up the upgrade to a classic earlier than if not.

Just wondering how many kits gap you would consider a classic?

I quite like Shrenchel's rule of 'if it's after the Walkers logo went red, best go casual instead.;

Whatever happened to Shrenchel?

Well this season's will never be a classic no matter how old it gets.

It's not about them being old, it's about them looking good.

When you win something in it it becomes a classic, the Joma sponsorless kit could of been a classic but now I remember is Kermos penalty

I have the 89-91 shirt, the last with the running fox badge, took me years to find on eBay and well worth the 30 quid it cost me

Outside that I have a few modern classics but some don't half look a little bad (the v-neck LG sponsored 1 comes to mind)

Ive got the '95 home kit and I would put that in the 'classics' range of shirts.

I've got that 1 too mate not sure if Large boys will fit me anymore though

He changed his name by deed pole to Kingfox.
