foxgas Posted 28 May 2013 Posted 28 May 2013 After another failed session of trying to renew my season tickets online I gave up and phoned the premium rate phone number and gave out my bank details over the phone yet again. This is just not good enough LCFC, GET IT SORTED !!!

Raj Posted 28 May 2013 Posted 28 May 2013 Twos up on that...i tried renewing online Thursday morning about 3am and it failed 3 times taking payment.You would think THEY would bebe making an effort getting MY money!!!..its a farce and I've just emailed the club.i ain't ringing no 0844 no out of principle and Im tight arse...if they want me they can contact me else i Dont renew simple

You keep the same card as last season, easy as pie. There's a reason they have an online facility, they don't want 13000+ people going to the ticket office as they would need to employ more staff. Having said that the shitty website including the online shop is the responsibility of the FL. LCFC don't have a lot of choice as I'm sure they're as pissed off with it as we are.

I tried the website myself before I decided to go to the ground, and they didn't even have an option on Leicester Direct, to buy your season ticket online. If you live in another City then fair enough, but anybody Leicester based could surely pop into the ground, much easier than online which seems to keep on playing up. You just keep your card from last season, so it's fairly simple, unless you want to move seats.

soulsister Posted 28 May 2013 Posted 28 May 2013 I dont live in the CIty and yes I too had yet again problems with LCFC direct. Even after writing an official complaint after the Watford debarcle !! And yet again - emailed them prior to the first deadline date renewals, regarding the below, as.... If you have an under 10 or under 8 (free) season ticket, then forget it !! they dont exist simples !! No nice letter reminder - no way to add onto basket !! you cant get them away tickets !! you cant book any tickets for them !! NOT ONLINE, apparantly its to stop fraudulent activity ! The fact I renew 6 season tickets (the rest all paid for in full) means sweet FA ! which could also mean sweet fraudulent activity !

chinna Posted 24 August 2013 Posted 24 August 2013 Tried buying tickets online yesterday for the birmingham game, same problems similar to the watford playoff game. wouldnt complete the transaction, tried again today, same as yesterday. Rang up to do it over the phone cut off twice after 30 mins. again tried the website but the prices had gone up but transcation completed costing me another £10 pounds. Only kept on trying has had promised the kids. will tell them what to do with their emails next time they send regarding tickest for the home games.
