Weller in Tights Posted 13 August 2013 Posted 13 August 2013 I went to watch Oadby Town tonight in their 2nd league match of the season. Curious to see how Levi Porter would fare with them. They won 6-2 and for a fiver it was fair entertainment. Levi Porter was excellent. Don't get me wrong. I'm not giving up my City season ticket yet, but for a fiver I would recommend you give it a look in sometime, especially if you live Oadby/Wigston side of town. Sorry folks don't know how I did that!!!

Soar Fox Posted 14 August 2013 Posted 14 August 2013 Played against them a few weeks ago in a pre-season friendly. Beat them 3-2, think they were missing a few players. They had a former Leicester player playing Joe Cobb.

They had this big striker up front Jermaine Gordon, real handful in the air and with his back to goal, but he wasn't half a lazy, moaning ba**ard.

Jermaine Gordon played for Coalville a few years back. Good player but as you say moaning all the time!

Thinl I know where it is. Sure I went to Parklans once but forget why. some event of some sort. Found the fixtures. Won the first two games. Next home game Sept 7th on a Sat vs Peterborough Sports.
