stockyfox Posted 21 September 2013 Posted 21 September 2013 While listening to today's match commentary online, courtesy of Foxes Player, I had several breaks in the commentary, the most signifcant being about five minutes before half-time. This lasted for just over two minutes, when the sound returned - of it's own accord, it picked up at exactly where it had stopped. During the second half, I had several breaks - about 12 or so - but for only a few seconds, then it would continue as if nothing was wrong. Last Tuesday, (v Blackburn), I lost all of the four added minutes which was both frustrating and annoying. I would be grateful to know if it was just me and my laptop or if it was a general transmission fault.
Mike the Metal Ed Posted 22 September 2013 Posted 22 September 2013 It could be a problem with the reliability of your Internet connection. Did you try refreshing the page when the commentary cut off?
Crinklyfox Posted 22 September 2013 Posted 22 September 2013 Thanks for posting this, I thought it was my connection. I lost commentary for about five minutes at the start of the second half.
nlukka Posted 22 September 2013 Posted 22 September 2013 I had this same problem last season, I e-mailed their customer services and they sent a list of possible solutions. just checked my e-mail and think I've deleted but I'd suggest getting in touch with them because mine works perfectly now.
deep blue Posted 22 September 2013 Posted 22 September 2013 I had the same problem towards the end of the game. Timed perfectly so I missed both our goals!
