Haydos Posted 6 October 2013 Posted 6 October 2013 Could be on a salary, I had a job about six years ago if you looked at the pay packet per hours worked was below min wage on occasions. We did get nice Xmas bonuses and perks and it wasn't all that often but it can easily happen. Again you could just say that's unlucky/tough then. Teachers know they get shafted with a lot of things and want to do something about it. He's just sitting there and being mugged and being snotty about people in a similar position who aren't going to put up with it.

It's hard to sympathize when the package being implemented is still a damn good package. If we all went on strike when reforms are implemented in our industries no progress would ever be made. I think they are being badly advised by unions, hell bent on political point scoring. Just look at the timing.

So what is the public sector equivalent of a teacher of firefighter who have also taken recent industrial action? as for the timing these disputes have been ongoing for some time. As for political point scoring correct me if i am wrong but did this government not change pass mark requirements half way through a year recently prior to industrial action just so the Daily Mail could slag teachers off. Also strokes what job do you do?
