Their uncle (?) jackie Milborne used to work down the pit as well as play football. The wages today are outragious. Why do they need 10k plus a week? There are many people like nurses working over 60 hours a week some of it unpaid. Others are working 2 or 3 jobs to try and manage. Then expected to pay £30 plus to see a football match. Supply and demand. Football's a total false economy but it's only that way because it's popular. Popularity is the way forward. I wish it wasn't but it is.
ADK Posted 31 October 2013 Posted 31 October 2013 So there's a bit of a fuss kicking up about the tactics of unite, apparently sending groups of protestors round to Ineos manager's houses. Personally I'm not sure how they expect to achieve anything by doing that other than annoying the people they have to work with.
