Leicester clubs/raves in the 90's

Before I sold out and went to uni at Shottingham we used to go to Total Kaos @ Starlite, Babble @ Mud club/Starlite, some good Techno/acid nights @ The Undergound and The Complex.

Now all my family have moved away from Leiscester I haven't been for years. Is there still a good underground seen in my old city?

There used to be good nights on in Nottingham too, The garvey, The Bomb, Deluxe, The staircase, Sky club, but it all seems to have given way to tacky student nights or townie fighting pubs... Shame

Not that I got time to go anymore I got 3 young kids and the old ball 'n' chain...

Still listen to the music though.

Yeah was sad when the Bomb shut down, was a regular. DIY nights, Bugged out and tyrant. was the best club since Mud in Leicester. They were gonna reopen it but it got flooded out and nows its some crappy townie bar called coco tang...

Splendid and Head were the places to be in Leicester

remember driving in the middle of nowhere in Leicestershire, Notts, Derbys looking for free site partys.... dont know how no-one managed to get nicked driving back wasted.... especially the ones that got busted by the cops!
