Guest MattP Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 Threads like this are why I dislike so many other Leicester fans. People generally seem unhappy when we do well, as they just want something to moan at. I'm from the old school on this so I can enjoy it. A day at the footy has always been a day out for me, the beers, the mates, the fun, a game of pool and a game to take in, enjoy it win, lose or draw and absolutely revel in it when you win. For some reason these days a lot of new age fans dont seem to be able to enjoy a Saturday unless we win and therefore get uneasy at the thought of us doing well and then start worrying even more as they think we might "blow it" so to speak. It's probably a combination of people now expecting to be entertained and the prices they pay to go with it. How anyone can be on a ride like this season and not be loving every minute of it just in case we don't get over the line is beyond me, you have to enjoy the good times otherwise the bad times arent worth it.
Guest Col city fan Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 I've had "that feeling" for Leeds, Derby, Millwall, Watford amongst others... starting to think I have an infection. The last time I had 'that feeling' was Sheff Weds away..

Free Falling Foxes Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 I'm a pessimist and even I think we're up. As I say though, I'm a pessimist and wonder how many points adrift at the bottom of the Prem we will be this time next year.
